Experiencia negativa: Very bad experience the machines are old and the Personal there very rude and the wanna charge double the price if you want to use the sauna but they don’t tell you before it’s an absolute tourist trap/rip off I would always recommend Fit4all that’s the best gym

Experiencia fantástica: Chyba jedna z fajniejszych siłowni na jakich y byłem Bardzo dużo różnorakiego sprzętu którego nie widziałem nawet na większych siłowniach. Może wysoka temperatura panująca na siłowni to lekki minus, ale z drugiej strony chociaż łatwo się dogrzać i nie złapać kontuzji

Experiencia fantástica: Mega gutes Fitnessstudio Die Geräte sowie das Ambiente sind echt unschlagbar. Das Fitnessstudio liegt direkt neben dem gleichnamigen Hotel. Das Personal macht einen Verantwortungsvollen, kompetenten Eindruck und steht jederzeit zur Verfügung. Es gibt genügend funktionierdende Geräte, Subelements, Umkleidekabinen uvm. Ich bin sehr begeistert

Experiencia negativa: Сам тренажерний зал обладнаний нормально. Але коли я прийшла туди зі своїм хлопцем, який тільки починає займатись спортом і який розмовляв зі своїм тренером по відео звʼязку, щоб той дивився за його технікою, а я займалась окремо. Тренер дівчина чи вона адміністратор, зі своїми друзями які теж ходять у той зал, їх було багато сиділи на дивані та сміялись з мого хлопця, розмовляли про нього і про те що, він розмовляє с тренером по відео. Я стояла поруч, вони не знали що я його дівчина. Було дуже неприємно. Плюс те, що тренажерний зал постійно закривається в 14:00 коли у них свята.

Firstly, the machines we bring are always made with our customers in mind so we are pleased to hear that you felt it was properly equipped.
Secondly, we have verified with the other party involved the situation that you state in your comment. To begin with, none of the people present at this event are monitors of our gym, but customers; as you can understand, we cannot control what they say at any given time. We have also wanted to clarify the situation and they have told us that what you say is far from being the reality of what happened, so we believe it was a misinterpretation or confusion. These people did not make fun of your partner at any time, they were surprised (and thought it was a good idea) that someone was making a video call with their coach; it is true that they confirm that there was a moment of laughter, but not for the reason you state, but for things that were not related to your boyfriend and perhaps you misinterpreted because of the language difference. We have known these people for many years and we know that they would never make fun of anyone because of the way they train, if they are beginners, etc.
And thirdly, if you do a little google search you will realise that there are hardly any gyms in Tenerife North that have as long opening hours as ours. We respect the rest and family conciliation schedule of our instructors, which makes it impossible to carry out a greater number of shifts.
Thank you for your opinion, but perhaps on another occasion we would be grateful if you could tell us about your complaints, recommendations, problems, etc. as they occur so that we can clarify them as soon as possible and so that they do not transpire.

Experiencia fantástica: Extremely well equipped gym. All machines are very close to each other, but at the same time you have a lot of machines that not every gym has, such as a seal row and a lateral raise machine. I only trained upper body and had a great time. I saw all the equipment for legs and will try and come again for a leg training, too. The guy at the reception was super friendly. Very notably: All dumbbells were in order, sorted by weight. You don't see this very often. The staff member was also cleaning while we were there and constantly moving around the gym to keep an eye on everything. The price for one training was very reasonable, too. Thank you very much :)

Experiencia negativa: Nice people and gym buy the unhelpful full time main male staff, name I think is Angel is horrible and works there ALL the time. He is rude, aggressive and never smiles. Makes me feel very unwelcome. He does not seem to be a fan of any foriegn members and even told one member “this is a body building gym, do that elsewhere” in a hostile manner. He needs to be trained in customer service skills otherwise 5* gym. Female staff are friendly but only there part time

Experiencia fantástica: Una instalaciones bastante grandes y completas que incluyen desde piscina hasta una zona de piernas ,pasando por clases funcional y spinning. Una maquinaria muy completa al estilo americano y zona de peso libre. Muy recomendable

Experiencia negativa: Before coming here, I had already read some comments about an unhelpful person at the reception. Today, he didn't even greet me! How is that possible? Furthermore, he seems to be unaware that not everyone exercises in sneakers at the gym. Some people, like those with back problems, prefer to exercise in socks and wear comfortable, clean shoes while moving around the gym. So he just didn't let me into the gym. This receptionist is the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered. Last time, this guy insisted that I couldn't move the yoga mat around the gym. So, I was forced to row in one area and exercise on the yoga mat in a completely separate area on another floor. This was my worst experience in Tenerife. It's important to note that this is my first negative review on Google Maps. I strongly advise against going to this gym. This unpleasant receptionist will ruin your mood for the entire day. So, I went to another gym instead, and there I met a nice person who gave me a quick tour. They didn't mind at all that I was exercising in socks and actually understood why I preferred it over sneakers.

First of all, we are sorry to hear that your experience at our gym was not to your liking. We work every day to be better and we always accept all constructive criticism.
However, we would like to clarify that in Spain it is forbidden to train barefoot according to the regulations, if any gym let you do it was committing an imprudence. On the other hand, the reason why we kindly asked you to move to another area with the mat was because it was obstructing the transit area.

Experiencia fantástica: Gimnasio con máquinas muy buenas y renovadas con el paso de los años, todo tipo de máquinas para un entreno completo, un personal estupendo (dueño y monitores maravillosos) y un atendimiento 10. Lo más importante es el ambiente tan familiar que hay en el gimnasio y siempre acomodando al cliente todas sus novedades. Recomendable 100%, pruébenlo.

Experiencia negativa: Antes de poner a alguien de "monitor" o recepcionista de un gimnasio, q tiene que estar de cara al publico, hay que valorar al que ponen, ya no solo por sus conocimientos de la materia, sino también por su modales, cosa que no tiene el que está allí. Que se ahorre esa chulería, porque no sabe con quién puede tocar. Ya que iba a inscribirme y su trato fue chulesco y déspota, miraré otro gimnasio, ya que sobran gimnasios en la zona.

Experiencia positiva: Excelente gimnasio, el equipo también está bien, hay suficiente peso y una gran variedad de mancuernas. En cuanto al personal, hay un problema para comunicarse, ya que solo hablan español y el inglés muy poco, lo mismo con el alemán.

Experiencia fantástica: Es un gym nuevo, con muchas máquinas. Esta muy limpio y se respetan las medidas COVID. Los dos monitores están pendientes de ti, para que hagas bien los ejercicios, y te hacen un seguimiento. Lo recomiendo.

Experiencia positiva: A bit small. Lots of weight machines but not many cardio machines. They had a spin class that looked super fun and intense! The staff was friendly but it was difficult asking for a class schedule in English.
Experiencia fantástica: Very helpful staff the weekly rate is quite reasonable. The weights section has a very good range of equipment and gym etiquette is brilliant. The local members are very friendly. As an avid gym goer fit 15 years I'd rate this better than my gym back in London
