Experiencia fantástica: What can I say? I've known Sally for a number of years and she is without doubt the best Pilates instructor I've met. She keeps her classes interesting and challenging and the studio is perfect.

For many years I have enjoyed the classes Sally gives, challenging different parts of my body each week, I still feel the workout and the variety and levels she offers makes the classes varied, fun and interesting.

Personalmente he probado Pilates y Fun Circuit con Sally, muy profesional y atenta, cuida cada detalle al máximo y te asesora de forma personalizada. 100% recomendable!

Experiencia fantástica: On joining a Pilates class with Sally a warm welcome awaits you in a perfect environment. I look forward to that time in the day for just me and my mat. Why, because Pilates for Sally isn't just a craft it's a philosophy, a lifestyle, and it shows. Attention to posture, growth and development in every student is paramount to her. In addition, the non-egocentric environment is conducive to developing your practice at your own pace. It's one of the best fitness and health regimes you'll embark upon. Go try it and see.

Experiencia fantástica: So lucky to have found this wonderful location to have my Pilates & Wellness Studio. The views are stunning, the studio is spacious and has a lovely ambiance, there is plenty of parking and a great restaurant to sit and enjoy a coffee after class. The studio also boasts a large shaded terrace which looks out to the ocean so we can move classes outdoors in the summer. I have a super team of highly qualified and caring Instructors/therapists offering Pilates, Yoga, Fitness, Personal Training, Rehabilitation, Meditation, Reiki, Massage and Beauty therapy.
