Experiencia fantástica: Couldn’t take photos of the pools because I left my phone on the lockers, but it was a great experience. Time went by flying. Lovely option to spent with your partner. There are also many restaurants nearby to eat something afterwards (and there are options in the club as well). Bring your own towel and flip flops if you don’t want to pay for it on the club.

Experiencia fantástica: I was bought the Deluxe experience as a birthday present and what a treat it has been. The staff are lovely and speak fantastic English which is great as my Spanish is limited. The spa facilities are wonderful and then I had my own relaxation room to chill in, a lovely massage followed by fruit and champagne. Simply perfect, thank you.

Experiencia fantástica: We got the Thinking Of You package. The staff were able to make special accommodations for us and the customer service was above and beyond. The massage and spa features were our favourite. Special thanks to Cherin who looked after us so well even though she was incredibly busy with the queue that was so long it was running out the door! We will visit again!

Experiencia fantástica: 3 type of saunas + big pool for normal access passes. Loved the Turkish steam sauna and the aromatherapy shower after that. You can book extra treatment, I enjoyed the body peeling, cleans your pores deeply. Clean and spacious space. You can get a package with towel, bathrobe and slippers. This place also has a himalayan salt cave, we haven’t tried this but it looks very relaxing and defiantly will be on our list to try next time. Front desk staff speaks English very well which makes communication for not Spanish speakers easier.

Experiencia fantástica: Great Thermal Circuit available. €35 euros for two hours for non residents, gives you access to general relaxation areas like jaccuzi, salt pool, plunge pool, steam room and sauna. Recommended for anyone looking to have a relaxing afternoon.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a very good spa, has a lot to offer with their package. They hand towels and key for the wardrobe. The sauna is hot and the ice water is just amazing. Also there are areas to quite relax and enjoy a wonderful time together with friends and family.

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly service, spotless/clean facility, the website was a little hard to book on a mobile device but the staff and the overall experience more than made up for that. Edit 2 Oct 2022 - made a return trip, staff still friendly and attentive to details. They have updrafts their website, and it’s much easier to book online than prior interaction.

Experiencia fantástica: We went on a rainy day and had a lovely experience. The staff and lifeguards are all so kind and friendly, and helped us when someone had taken our towels. The facilities are clean and modern. The changing rooms include lockers at no extra cost, showers, toilets and hair dryers. The pools are big and even at a standard price it was only €80 euros for 3 people. This included towels and access to all the facilities except the turkish bath and salt room. The saunas were lovely and clean. Overall it was a relaxing and fun experience. We went in at 12:40 and stayed for around 3 hours, i don’t think they tell anyone to get out after a certain time limit as our slot said 2 hours yet we stayed for more. Kids are permitted so if you are looking for it to be as quiet as possible it might be best to go on a sunny week day.

Experiencia fantástica: This place was just lovely! Had immaculate facilities and lovely, helpful staff. The price was well worth it and the experience was very relaxing overall. I really liked the floatation pool a lot and the fountains when they turned on.

Experiencia fantástica: Really nice! Staff were helpful and spoke good english. Loads of different spa features as well. It gets busier towards midday, so if you're looking for the most peace and quiet, try and get there for opening time. I got there for 10am and it was blissfull.

Thank you so much to Patricia, Karella and Melissa for the most relaxing full body massage and the most wonderful facial last week. Very reasonable prices and whilst the thermal experience is currently closed this meant my friend and I were fitted in on the same day on both visits at short notice. We will be back on our next visit for the full experience after the refurbishment is finished. Perfect location for anyone staying at Ramada Paradise in particular as it’s only 5 mins walk.

Experiencia fantástica: + Beautiful MUST visit place. Was so cool to be there during our winter travel as wasnt that hot for the beaches and swimming. We spent an incredible time there. Water salty but doesnt affect eyes at all so we made lots of fun underwater pics! Staff is friendly and guard is always there even if pool is 1.3m - The only thing which made me bit upset-pieces of tiles at the bottom. I had 2 cuts on my foot and one piece was so sharp so it even pierced my foot.If You have special socks-use them to avoid any inconveniences.BTW guard offered antiseptic straight away and he promised that maintenance will check it up!Hope he kept the promise) Will defo recommend and come bak!

Experiencia fantástica: I love this place! It is so rejuvenating. All facilities are very clean, and it feels like a real Romans’ Spa with a nice water circuit. The massages by Imane are amazing. The staff offered me a glass of Prosseco on my birthday and told me to relax in the VIP area. I have been 3 times but would go there once a week if I could.

Experiencia positiva: Buen SPA en Costa Adeje, pero sin hacéis la reserva por teléfono tener mucho cuidado que te puede pasar como a nosotros, que fuimos desde Puerto de la Cruz y cuando llegamos nos negaron que habíamos hecho la reserva, y no con buenas formas,. Lástima no haber grabado la llamada de cuando hicimos la reserva. En resumen 2 horas de viaje pérdidas en valde.

Experiencia fantástica: Nos trataron súper bien tuvimos un pequeño malentendido con la reserva pero supieron arreglar el problema y acabamos muy satisfechos. Si tenéis tiempo de daros un masaje no lo dudéis. Un equipo muy profesional y muy amables.

Excellent service, the staff members were extremely helpful and the facilities where unbelievable (everything was very clean). Also, we were quite hungry and there was a nice little cafe which we didn’t expect. Very recommended, amazing experience.

The staff are so lovely+helpful, mention to Joshua who's English was great explaining the rules, pool info etc. We went as soon as they opened and it was so quiet, started getting busy from 1130am. Booked online, very easy. Covid rules in place by numbers allowed in sauna etc. Fab conditioning showers, lovely soft steam room to reduce toxins, floatation pool amazing! Lots of offers for other treatments, gym open, aqua aerobics. Well worth a visit!!

Experiencia fantástica: Great place to relax, spent a good 2 hours there. Very friendly staff, nice variety of showers and spa treatments, all centered around one swimming pool which contains multiple different forms of water therapies. Try the Floatarium, it's really relaxing.

Experiencia fantástica: Possibly one of the best spas I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. We used this spa twice whilst on holiday in Tenerife and I indulged in a treatment on both occasions - first one was reflexology with Cristian which was very good and the second one was a head massage with Carina which was amazing. The treatment rooms are so relaxing and the therapists are very professional and they both did a great job. The spa itself is lovely and the reception staff are very nice. If you're stopping off in Costa Adeje and are looking for a couple of hours of relaxation then I can highly recommend the Aqua Club.
