Experiencia fantástica: Estoy muy contenta de haber elegido hacer mi formación de 200 horas como profesora de yoga con Shambhala, en Tenerife. No es solo una formación, es una experiencia única en la vida, vivirás, dormirás y comerás como un yogui, harás nuevos amigos y aprenderás mucho sobre el yoga y sobre ti mismo. Disfruté verdaderamente de estas 3 semanas con Andrea, Vicky, Ronny y nuestro increíble grupo de 8 estudiantes. El equipo es muy apasionado por el yoga, pero también se aseguran de que te sientas como en casa, bien y feliz para aprovechar al máximo este curso de formación de profesores de yoga.

Experiencia fantástica: Shambhala fue el mejor lugar que pude haber elegido para experimentar el TTC de 200 horas. Hay muchos en todo el mundo, pero tuve la suerte de encontrar este. Aprendí mucho de Andrea y Vicky, no solo sobre la enseñanza del yoga, sino también personalmente. Realmente se sintió como en casa y se podía sentir que lo hacen todo de corazón. Además, Shambhala en sí, las habitaciones, el jardín y la sala son hermosos. En general, recomiendo mucho este lugar especial y siempre volvería ✨

Experiencia fantástica: Shambhala es un lugar increíble para tomarse un descanso de la vida cotidiana y dejarse inspirar. La escuela se sintió como en casa desde el principio y el curso estaba bien estructurado, brindando mucha información valiosa. Aprendí tanto de Andrea y Mira, quienes están llenas de compasión y amor y tienen un gran conocimiento. Realmente me inspiraron a enseñar y compartir lo que he aprendido durante las 200 horas del TTC. Además, pasar este tiempo con personas de diferentes lugares del mundo y preparar juntas deliciosos platos con productos frescos y locales todos los días hicieron que las tres semanas fueran especiales.

Experiencia fantástica: Tuve la mejor experiencia en Shambhala y estoy muy contento de haberlos elegido para mi YTT. Andrea es una persona muy amable, su energía es contagiosa. Disfruté de todas nuestras clases con ella. Se podía ver cuánto amor, cuidado y tiempo ha puesto en este curso. Ronny también fue muy amable, siempre se aseguró de que nuestra nevera estuviera llena, nuestra colada estuviera hecha y nos llevó a una caminata increíble. Mira me inspiró a amar el canto y los saludos al sol. El curso en sí estaba muy bien estructurado y me encantó la flexibilidad del programa en los días que necesitábamos un descanso adicional. La comida era increíble, ingredientes orgánicos, la nevera estaba constantemente abastecida. La ubicación de la escuela es perfecta. Puerto de la Cruz está a solo 15 minutos en autobús de la escuela.

Experiencia fantástica: Asistí a un TTC de Vinyasa Yoga de 200 horas en octubre. La experiencia fue *increíble*! Solo puedo recomendarlo ❤️ - Me encantó que el grupo fuera tan pequeño, así pudimos conectar e interactuar verdaderamente entre nosotros y con los profesores - Los profesores fueron muy amables, serviciales y conocedores. ¡Las clases de Vinyasa y Ashtanga fueron muy divertidas! - El lugar era mágico. Hermosa vista, gran ambiente, habitaciones agradables y limpias - La comida fue deliciosa, fresca, local y de temporada. Compartimos grandes momentos y nos conocimos mientras cocinábamos juntos. Experiencia fantástica: Fue una experiencia maravillosa, el lugar es hermoso, limpio e inspirador; las personas a cargo son los mejores anfitriones, amigables y amables, tienen todo súper organizado. La comida, especialmente las frutas, es deliciosa. Las clases están equilibradas y cubren todo lo que prometen. En algunos momentos se sintió como en casa y en familia. Debo decir que, como cualquier entrenamiento intensivo, es físicamente exigente, pero nunca más allá de los límites de los estudiantes. Gran lugar para hacer el TTC de yoga. Amo Shambhala.

Experiencia fantástica: Este lugar es increíble. Las habitaciones están limpias, la vista es asombrosa y los propietarios son personas geniales que hacen del mundo un lugar mejor. La relación calidad-precio es excelente. Pasé 3 semanas maravillosas allí, nunca lo olvidaré.

Experiencia fantástica: Shambhala is an amazing place, magical- be ready to have the best time! I finished my Yoga teacher training here in February/March and cannot recommend enough. The group was small (8 ppl) so we enjoyed our time a lot together. The owners Andrea&Ronny are awesome kind, caring & funny! The food that we prepared with local vegetables and fruits was so tasty & the house/shala/garden is just beautiful. The schedule is also tight but it perfectly fits the 3,5 weeks. I’m grateful I had the opportunity to live, learn & Share at Shambhala. Hope to see you soon!

I have recently returned from completing my 200 hour TTC with Andrea and Vicky and I would highly recommend anyone considering a Yoga TTC to go to Shambhala. In realising their dream of creating a home but also a place to share their love of yoga with others, Andrea and Ronny have created a very unique, safe and calming space in the stunning landscape of Tenerife. Vicky's fun style of teaching and ability to really see and work with each student individually, is inspiring to experience. Ronny's incredible care of the space at Shambhala; the gardens, the kitchen, the food, the rooms, really makes it a beautiful, nourishing, relaxing place to stay. Andrea's energy and enthusiasm for her work and the students who visit Shambhala and who are welcomed into the wider Shambhala family is incredible! I am so grateful to Andrea and Vicky for creating a course that not only helps people to develop confidence in their own abilities but encourages them to share who they are with the world. Experiencia fantástica: It is hard to put into words how life-changing Shambhala is. It is a feeling that can only be felt when you are there. A feeling of love, community and freedom of expression. Once you have completed the course, this feeling lives on. Andrea and her family open their hearts and their home. They are angels. Andrea has a gift of bringing people together and what a blessing she is to this world. She has inspired me to shine my light to others through the art of yoga. I am forever grateful. Our teacher Vicky is a gorgeous soul - she has so much knowledge and her passion for yoga shines through every pore! Her way of teaching is creative, fun and inspiring. She has played a huge part in making me a stronger human inside and out. Vicky is hilarious and I will forever treasure our time together. Andrea and Vicky and strong and inspiring women who encourage you to find your flow and to re-discover the confidence that we all have within. They bring out the best in you and create space for you to re-connect with your heart. They are pure souls and I feel very blessed to have a connection with them. The 7 other AMAZING souls that I have connected with on my training - we will forever be a family. Every one has a special place in my heart. Experiencia fantástica: Shambhala is an absolutely magical place - look no further! The house itself is located in such a beautiful, quiet area, just up the hill from the city of Puerto de la Cruz with amazing views. The rooms are all beautiful and clean, and there is fresh food from all of the local fincas. But most importantly the atmosphere is so incredibly warm and welcoming - Andrea and Ronnie are so warm and kind hearted and they make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. I cannot recommend Shambhala enough ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: This beautiful Yoga school is one of a kind! Starting from the welcoming hospitality, to the highly professional and deeply enriching yoga and anatomy lessons, up to the cleanliness of the spaces and freshness of the ingredients.. everything about my YTT has been truly positive <3 The small group sizes also make a difference as you really bond and feel cared for in this close-knit setting. I hope to return to this Garden of Eden and reunite with the community that makes up Shambhala again and again :) I recommend from the heart for everyone who is interesting in yoga, healing or just for a beautiful stay, the views are going to put a big smile on your face everyday!

Experiencia fantástica: If you are looking to deep your knowledge in yoga at the same time that you make new friends, enjoy the beautiful island of Tenerife, and grow and develop as a person... this is your place! I joined the yoga teacher training in October 2021 and it was an amazing experience!! Andrea and Ronny will make sure that you feel like home and enjoy your stay. The house is very calm and has a great view of the ocean. I totally recommend you this place

Experiencia fantástica: An incredible and amazing place and yoga teacher training. I have completed my YTT here a couples of days ago and I couldn't be happier with my choice of doing it here. The beautiful place and landscape, the lovely family Andrea and Ronny who live in and recieve you there with love and kindness. I am so grateful for the teacher we had, Yam. It is a real blessing to have Such an amazing teacher from UK and India. She is so clear when explaining, symphatetic, intuitive yogini. And the people I met there became a family for me. I recommend Shambhala to everyone who really wants to spend a wonderful time while learning a lot about teaching yoga, and also experiencing a life changing moment.

Experiencia fantástica: Shambhala is a magical place. Having the opportunity to follow the 200hr TTC training with guidance of Vicky, Andrea, Ronny was all I could wish for. They welcome you in their home and make you part of their dream. The teacher training, the room, the kitchen, the food; all is very professionally arranged, and even with a big heartwarming personal touch. It is amazing how they managed to combine this. When I left Shambhala at the end of 3.5 weeks, I felt ready to continue my yoga journey with confidence and my heart filled with joy. Experiencia fantástica: I did my TTC to become a vinyasa yoga teacher in January 2022 and I couldn't have done a better choice of a school! The size of the group it's 7 students, so the attention to each one of us it's optimum, the teachers get to know what each student needs. It also allows the group to become a community with the perfect size to communicate and organize, as well as to become closer. Since the very first days, you just feel like a family with the group and lead teacher, as well as with Andrea and Ronny, the creators of Shambhala <3. Also the environment and house is incredible, allowing to get away from the main city, but also having shops and cafés close to. On sunny days, we get to receive the classes outside, enjoying the magic weather. Couldn't recommend this magic place enough! Experiencia fantástica: This place is awesome. I cannot express by words how grateful I am that I found them for my yoga teacher training. I was welcomed as a friend, treated as a family and honestly I felt like I knew owners whole my life. If you are still not sure what place to choose- choose Shambhala! I am sure and confident this will be the best time of your life :) This was my first visit there but absolutely not the last one! The best in this place is that they are doing that because they love it and Yoga is not just business for them- they truly believe, live and behave in line with yoga philosophy.

Experiencia fantástica: I stayed 5 nights at the property and can't wait to repeat once the travel measures are lifted. I know the area from previous holidays and was aware of the great views, weather and calmness you can find there. The description was accurate with no ifs' or buts'; the instructions to get to the place were precise and made my arrival and settling a smooth and speedy process. The room was clean and cosy, and every single item in it was brand new. I didn't use the pool much, but it was cleaned every day and the water was always crystal clear. The dinning area had a brand new kitchen and fantastic dinning table indoors, plus a terraced area where I had my breakfast every day. Many thanks to the hosts for their help on everything I needed. I wanted an uncomplicated and flexible place to rest and study, and it definitely met all my expectations.

Experiencia fantástica: Shambhala is a very nice and relaxing place to stay in the north of Tenerife. Lots of greenery on a garden full of special corners to dream away and find your own privacy. The rooms are big and comfy with all the things you need to feel at home. We stayed in the Drago room, which includes a spacious private terrace with the best views of the Orotava valley, and a kitchen (next to the owners’ house). There our host Andrea cooked with us a tasty typical canarian dinner during our last evening at Shambhala. Delicious! If possible try also a yoga session saluting the sun, quite an experience!

Experiencia fantástica: Un bello lugar de paz y tranquilidad, donde puedes encontrar cualquier rinconcito y hacerlo tuyo, para practicar cualquier ejercicio activo, de respiración, meditación, estiramientos, etc. En definitiva, un lugar inolvidable, si les pasa lo que a mí, seguro que les encantará!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Fin de semana de relax, con buena compañía. Me encantan las habitaciones y las vistas. Nos prepararon una fabulosa comida. Repetiremos siempre que podamos y se pueda.
