Experiencia fantástica: Realmente nos encantó nuestra clase de yoga en nuestro viaje de amigas a Marbella. Adam es un tipo muy agradable y da una gran clase. Nos divertimos mucho y lo disfrutamos. Definitivamente recomendamos Turnilla yoga si te quedas en Marbella.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing yoga classes! On the beach for the 1st time : what a special experience with Adam guiding us through a yoga class accessible to all. The class makes our body and mind work all at the same time! Also went to the yoga studio for few classes and discovered that my body could do more than I thought! Thanks Adam for those amazing experiences! We will be back once we are back for our next vacation !

Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I had 4 private lessons with Adam at Turnilla during the last week. This was a really, really nice experience and highly recommended. As we are golfers we asked to get a touch of golf beneficial positions and stretches into the program and it was spot on. My wife has done some yoga before but for me it was very new - it will for sure be part of my life from here. The last day Adam presented us to a very special breathing exercise that was truly amazing!

It was a pleasure to do a yoga either on the beach or at the studio. Adam is a very professional teacher , very helpful and kind. Very nice and clean studio. Adam is a phenomenal teacher very dedicated to help all his students to get to next level. I would recommend it to anyone.

The food was absolutely gorgeous; beautifully prepared and delicious. Sonia is a great cook. Loved meeting the little ones and Eva (Adam's sister) too ❤

Experiencia fantástica: Had a wonderful weekend with Adam, Sonja and Eve. If you are looking for a yoga weekend mixed with a visit to a beautiful Spanish pueblo then this is the place for you. Adam is a great teacher and tailored the weekend yoga classes to how we felt in the moment. Sonja and Eve fed 6 non vegans excellent food which we all loved. Can't wait to come back soon.

Experiencia fantástica: Stayed for a weekend in March and it was exactly what I was looking for. Adam and Sonia are wonderful, very chilled people and so welcoming. The workshops were adapted to the levels and needs of the group and the food was absolutely amazing. I learned so much, thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: My second retreat with Adam and Sonia and beautiful daughter with 5 friends! A variety of yoga classes, always delivered with kindness at the heart, Adam's yoga sessions are extremely well led and always he pushes you in the gentlest manner but ONLY when he knows you can! Adam allowed us to choose what type of yoga we'd like, times, where (on the beach) and all catered to ability and injuries we had between us! He's an INCREDIBLE yogi who inspired the whole group; we had lots of fun too, both in the classes and on the beautiful excursions and trips to the beach to practice our balance on the slackline .... Brilliant fun!!! SONIA is a beautiful host, an amazing nutritionist and passionate cook! Her food is wholesome and delicious and catered to our needs. We enjoyed gorgeous leisurely lunches like old friends. The recipes she provides to take away will be invaluable. Adam and Sonia's home is beautiful, laid back and homely. Their little girl is an absolute sweetheart and I will treasure her little Namaste she did with us every morning. You just feel like you are staying with friends and they encourage you to make use of the facilities offered. Testament is my return for the second time .. .I will return more! So all that's left to say is thank you, Om Shanti Adam, Sonia and Jody XXX

If you're looking for a quality meal and weekend getaway for a great price, this is the place to go. Estepona is one of the most beautiful places I have seen so far as well!

Experiencia fantástica: Being a beginner I was not 100 % sure if this retreat was for me. However after the first session I felt great and it got better as the weekend went on. Adam and Sonia will put you back in touch with your body and soul. Estopona is a truly magical destination to reconnect and realign !

Experiencia fantástica: A superb weekend of yoga with wonderful food and great company. Adam and Sonia are the real deal! Adam was an empathetic teacher adapting practice to the varied needs of the group. He also varied the types of practice we did, the session of Yin yoga was challenging yet refreshing. Sonia made delicious vegan breakfasts and lunches of great variety and also kindly shared her recipes! Adam and Sonia are tremendous hosts. They made spot on recommendations of places to go to visit in Estepona, which is a charming seaside town with many unique shops and an orchidarium! I shall return!

Experiencia fantástica: Adam es un magnífico profesor de yoga. Llevo años practicando esta disciplina y Adam te acoge en su clase y la imparte adaptándose a las circunstancias de cada uno. Está pendiente de sus alumnos y nos hace sentirnos a gusto, su buena energía se transmite al grupo. Una de sus palabras preferidas cuando alguien hace muy bien una asana es ¡Buenísimo! Pues eso ¡Buenísimo!

Experiencia fantástica: Loved it, friendly hosts who could not do enough for you. Sonia who is Spanish is very adventurous in her cooking and proud of what she creates. Adam is English. He is very enthusiastic about yoga and is at pains to remind you that if something doesn't work for you let him know. Their daughter, Jody is a gem. I was missing my grandkids so it was lovely to be able to bounce her up and down on my knees. Jody is effortlessly bilingual which is lovely to witness. Locationwise, their house is very close to the old town of Estepona which is so beautiful with all the narrow cobbled streets bedecked in colourful flower pots. Adam and Sonia can give you good recommendations about where to eat in the evening. What makes it especially different is being part of a very loving family for a short space of time.
