Experiencia fantástica: Excelente lugar, todo muy limpio y oraganizado ???????????????????? entrenadores profesionales , ambiente familiar, diseñan una una rutina para cada necesidad y objetivo que quiere logar cada persina , los entrenamiento se centran en la sala de máquinas. Ahí encontrarás pesas, mancuernas, y todas las máquinas que necesitas para trabajar todos los grupos musculares. Lo recomiendo.

Experiencia fantástica: Tiene todo lo necesario para hacer un buen trabajo. El trato es excepcional, te preparan tablas para hacer los ejercicios que mejor te convienen y están pendientes de que tengas una buena postura para no hacerte daño. El ambiente es muy bueno y está impecable. Además está en el centro de Alicante y es económico. Agus es un gran profesional que te ayuda en todo momento. Sin duda lo recomiendo 100% en este gimnasio encontrarás una gran familia, además de conseguir tus objetivos deportivos.

Staff is helpful, though they mostly speak Spanish but friendly to new comers and help you with training. If you doing large movements or interval training with free weights this not the place. Over all simple friendly and if you know what you already want to do this is your spot ????

Experiencia fantástica: The Rocky's movie Gym with a great heartbeat exists in Alicante and it's called Atlas Gym. Top atmosphere, heavy weights, machines and super friendly people. I am not changing it for any other gym in the city. Also, it's only 25€ per month. Great gainz are coming in Atlas!!!

Only thing I would change is play more Spanish music then English it’s more motivating jeje

Experiencia fantástica: Me encanta este gimnasio, es mi rollo totalmente. El típico de barrio pequeño que la gente va a entrenar de verdad. No está saturado y sobre todo hay hierro, máquinas las justas. Buen ambiente, fotos de Arnold por las paredes... Tiene unos monitores increíbles, Tiago e Isma, super simpáticos y atentos. También cuesta solo 25 sin tener que pagar trimestres ni cosas así, mes a mes. Lo recomiendo muchísimo.

Experiencia fantástica: Llevaba tiempo queriendo comenzar en un gimnasio y por una cosa u otra no me decidía. Siempre me habían llamado la atención estos gimnasios enormes de los polígonos o centros comerciales. Pero tener que coger el coche y acceder te quita mucho tiempo. Pregunte en este gimnasio y vi que tenia mucho mas de lo que voy a necesitar, el trato muy amable, y los usuarios también gente correcta y educada de la zona (centro). También el precio es muy bueno.

Experiencia fantástica: I went to a summer exchange in Alicante for 2 months and I used gym Atlas during my stay. I strongly recommend gym atlas because they have modern training methods ( I gained 2 kg of clean lean mass each month). Moreover, the environment is friendly specially with foreigners students. I have been in other gyms and must say never felt so welcome as I was in gym atlas. All in all, gym atlas is certainly the best place where you can progress while making good friends in Alicante.
