Experiencia fantástica: De todos los estudios de Crossfit que probé, este es el que tiene los mejores entrenadores, el mejor ambiente y los entrenamientos más exigentes y gratificantes. Llegué aquí después de no haber ejercitado adecuadamente durante más de tres años y ha sido una gran manera de volver a ponerme en forma en un entorno de apoyo. ¡Buen trabajo equipo de Alpha Link!

Experiencia fantástica: La mejor caja en Barcelona. Estuve en Barcelona una semana y visité algunas de las cajas y esta fue, con mucho, la mejor. Los entrenadores (¡especialmente Sarah!) fueron muy amables y acogedores. Se tomaron la molestia de preguntarme mi nombre, de dónde era y se aseguraron de que entendiera el entrenamiento y se tomaron el tiempo para charlar un poco conmigo. Cosas así marcan la diferencia cuando viajas solo en una nueva ciudad y estoy muy agradecido. Los WODs fueron muy intensos y divertidos y el espacio era genial. ¡La recomiendo encarecidamente!

Experiencia fantástica: Me suscribí a la membresía ilimitada mientras estaba en Barcelona, realmente lo disfruté. El nivel de entrenamiento es alto, los entrenadores son amables y todos son acogedores. Probé otros boxes de CF en BCN que no eran tan amistosos y eran codiciosos. Ellos hablan español, francés, inglés (probablemente más). Altamente recomendados y la ubicación es muy buena.

Experiencia fantástica: Grandes entrenadores y personal amable, me hicieron sentir bienvenido. Hice un mejor tiempo en el Clean and Jerk con 90 kg :-)

Experiencia fantástica: Ir a AlphaLink siempre es la mejor parte de mi día: el personal acogedor, la programación desafiante pero accesible, la vibra con los otros miembros (y amigos). Probé muchas cajas en Barcelona antes de establecerme en AlphaLink y, de lejos, es la mejor a la que he ido. No puedo recomendarlo lo suficiente.

Experiencia fantástica: Los entrenamientos se compensan muy bien durante la semana, el box genial, tienen también clases de formación para ejercicios concretos, lo que hace que podamos trabajar de forma individualizada nuestros puntos menos fuertes. Y su máximo valor, LAS PERSONAS que lo gestionan. Trato cercano, familiar y adaptado a las necesidades/limitaciones físicas de cada persona. ;)

The box was nice and clean, couches cared about form, and provide a wod that was scalable for any level of fitness. Since I was flying out the same day I require use of the shower/locker room. Which was clean as well. Great box I would recommend to a friend.

Experiencia fantástica: July 2019. I dropped in for a late morning WOD with Anh Thu. It cost 15 EUR, which is on par with other daily gym passes in the area. Clean space, good equipment and programming. Any Thu was a terrific instructor! Would definitely return.

Experiencia fantástica: I did a drop-in session here during my stay in Barcelona and I can't recommend this place enough. From the quality of the class, to the participants and the trainer leading the session, it was all exceptional. Considering that it was my first ever cross-fit session and that I have very rudimentary Spanish - the instructor and the people doing the class made every effort in making sure I felt involved. I can't recommend this place enough based on this one experience. Back in London I'm a junior BJJ instructor at an academy. If ever we have a drop in student who's first language is not English then I will be sure to replicate the treatment I received today. Thank you :)
